Clutch slave cylinder pushrod boot

I replaced the clutch on my '99 TJ today, and somehow lost the boot on the end of the slave cylinder pushrod. The dealer doesn't sell just the boot, I would have to buy the entire master cylinder assembly for $350. Has anyone else faced this problem, and had to make a substitute? How did you do it?

Not ideal, but you can buy just the slave cylinder. I think I got mine for around $60

Thanks but I was thinking there was something else I could use that would just cost a couple dollars.
