Code P0172 after new O2 sensors and cats

I have a similar issue. I had the P0172 code so installed new NGK o2 sensors, then had a bad cat error code (P0431). Replaced the cats and now have P0172 code (again).
Would love to hear suggestions of next steps!

Have replaced spark plugs already. Will look for a leak. Will also try resetting PCM as I’ve replaced a bunch of things recently.

Please let the forum know how it all works out.
My 2005 is throwing no codes but giving "not ready" status on O2 sensors. Been doing it for a few months now. And thats after I did the Service rewire module fix. I replaced the sensors with recommended NTK 2 years ago.
I checked the cats thermally and all seems to be well.
I've reached the "Fix it cheaply or sell the TJ " point but am too busy with other things in life to deal with it. But if someone showed up with 10 grand today I'd let it go.
