Been fighting these codes for some time on our 01 TJ Sport 4.0l. I replaced the purge valve, gas cap and I've looked over the lines that I can see. I'm debating dropping the fuel tank next, but I just saw something else saying there should be a diagram of the system under the hood....well the hood was replaced prior to our ownership due to previous owner hitting a sign! I'll look to see if I can find online, but if someone can easily snap a picture that would be awesome and likely save hours of searching for the right pic.
I also saw maybe a small piece of line under the frame rail, I'll look for that. When filling with fuel it wants to shut the nozzle off. I think that's a sign it might be back at the tank.
