I had pulsing happening every time I came to a stop and it always pulled to the passenger side. I new that I needed new brakes so I pulled the trigger and bought pads, rotors and calipers from @mrblaine at Black Magic Brakes. When I went to pull everything off I found cracks through my rotors. I changed everything out and followed the brake in procedure. My question is how could this have happened to the rotors? I bought my 03 TJ about a year ago and want to make sure this doesn't happen to my new setup. Any thoughts?

It appears the cracks may have originated at the drilled holes. Maybe that is another reason not to use drilled rotors.

Yeah thats what I noticed when I inspected them. And to see it continue up the crown on both sides. I have never had this happen before, but then this is the first jeep I had with slotted and drilled rotors. I think it could have been from heat.

No, it isn't from the heat, heat is what rotors do. What you don't do is put holes in something that has to heat cycle constantly unless you happen to be a crack collector.
