It’s supposed to be like that. My 04 is like that and pretty sure my 02 was the same way. Don’t let OCD get a hold of ya too bad.

If you only knew.......
You're problems are minimal. I'll be unemployed June 25th after 33 years with the same company. I've never worked in the public and people annoy me. I'll hook you up with a prescription for my new meds.

I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I just had my seats re-upholstered and put them in and I was like "WTF?". I don't think I noticed it as much with the weird OEM pattern but now I have just a tan tweed and it really shows up. I can breath better now.
Would you mind posting a pic? I'm still confused why some folks say their seats aren't "crooked"....even some with two TJ's where one is crooked and the other isn't. Thanks.

You can see it is caddywompass in this picture. The rusty seat base is actually cantilevered off center.

I'm not talking about it being off center on the base. I referring to it being angled outwards. Look at the pictures in post #5...the driver's seat is not sitting straight, it is turned towards the door. The passenger seat is straight.

BTW, when I got into my daughter's 2004, it's the same; the seat is twisted towards the left slightly. I believe they're all like this. I'll have to look at my son's 2003 but I will bet it's the same. You don't notice it with a pattern but with a plain cloth, it's noticeable.
