I am wondering if anybody knows anything about Crown Auto parts. Mainly the SYE kit. It is the cheapest out there but I want to know if it is worth? Or what is better? Not extreme off road but some and will get stuck if it fails. Just want to have the most fun I can. 62 and starting this again. Now with more smarts and money. Picture is jeep as purchased, in my shop getting 3.25 lift, tires, brakes, front steering, ball joint and u-joints. Not sure on adjustable arms yet. Is getting track bars front and rear.

Some of the Crown stuff is good, most is just mediocre. I don't know about their SYE, but that's something I wouldn't cheap out on. Advance Adapters and JB Conversions make good stuff.

I got one so cheap several years ago I figured it was worth the risk. I've had no issues with it but I don't put a lot of miles on my Jeep. I inspected the kit when I recieved it and it was solid. The finish on all the parts was just as good as other kits I have installed. I doubt Crown manufacturers the kit and it is likely just reboxed parts that are used by many companies. If your budget necessitates a less expensive kit I wouldn't be to afraid to install it. If you can afford it and want a kit with proven longevity then I'd opt for Advanced adapters or JB conversions.
