I picked up a set of Currie Rockers from a fellow forum member. Other than some scratches (which a little sanding and spray paint will fix) they are in great condition. They did not come with hardware or installation instructions. For the most part Rockers are installed the same way. I have searched the web but cannot find any PDF of the exact install for the Currie Rock sliders. The side attachment points should be pretty obvious but the under side bolt are confusing me a bit. I have a few questions before starting the install.
1) Does anyone have the pdf of the install directions?
2) I'm assuming there are going to be some that need nutserts.
3) Which type of bolts should I use since the holes are not recessed (except 2 on the underside).
4)Look at the bottom pictures, (I know they are not pushed in all the way but this allows us to see where the bolt holes line up. They line up with the big drain holes and recesses in the tub. Do I drill through these holes and put a bolt and washer in these or a nutsert?
I am wanting to get everything setup prior to starting so I don't make mistakes nor have to drive to the hardware store a dozen times as I figure it out.
If you have the Currie Rockers installed on your jeep then you might be able to take a few pics and answer all my questions real quick. I'm sure many of you know the answers to these questions even without having these rockers. Thank you in advance for your replies.
