So my rear end Dana 44 needs a bearing kit as it is worn and not tight enough. I am not sure if a Rubicon would be the same as a typical Dana 44, since my mechanic ran into a problem with a newer model since there was a slight difference. Anyone know what bearing kit to buy for my 04 Rubicon Dana 44 rear? Just need the bearings.

Thanks for any help.

I just did mine 2 weeks ago. I got the spicer 707374-1x kit. The spacer was different in the new kit so I just reused to old one

Hmm, I think I didn't specify very well and I was trying to rush an order in. You know what they say if you are in a hurry. lol My buddy was wildly busy, but called Summit and talked to someone that knew all about what we wanted. Here is a link to the part I got. The bearings are Timken, which I am good with as they are usually the makers of factory bearings.

Thanks for the reply.
