In my wifes 92 YJ. It warns up fine then seems to be missing on one cylinder. I'm assuming it's an injector.
No check engine light at all.
Any advice too narrow down which cylinder?
Unplug one injector at a time ?
But that sounds wrong on so many levels.

Pull I plug wire at a time. If it is an injector not fueling you will now which one it is because the engine won't change in the way it running

The injectors have small O ring gaskets that seal them In the intake be careful not to loose one. If I remember right you can but a drop of oil on them before reinstalling to help them from from dry rot and to help them seal
