Discovered my rear tub corner is bent. Any ideas how to fix this?

No idea how the heck this happened - I'm the original owner.

Usually I'm pretty handy with a sledge hammer, some boards, and a bottle jack. But I'm sort of stumped how to try and fix this one. That whole area seems pretty sturdy and I don't think it's just the flange.
