Does anyone have an air lift on their TJ?

So you basically returned the bumpstop setup back to stock, correct?

I'm leaning towards removing the snubber and cup completely. That would allow me to run a 10" tube. (Longest tube available anyways is 12")

Set up the bump stops as you would normally. Meaning the shock reaches full compression at the same time the steel cup contacts the axle pad. Put the stock yellow jounces back in.

From there, at the normal ride height, your nearly empty air bag should occupy the space between the tip of the jounces to the axle pad.

Now your suspension will be setup to work normally and the air bags will be invisible until they are inflated to provide load support.

By sizing the empty bag to fit the space between jounce and axle pad at normal ride height, the bag will begin to offer support the moment it starts to fill, rather than until it is over-inflated.
