Does anyone know where I can buy just a replacement flip top?

I have a 98 TJ that needs a née top.

It currently has a Pavement Ends flip top and frame not a factory frame.

Does anyone know where you can buy just the replacement flip top? All I can find is the complete top with frame and hardware.
