I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get the nuts off, just bought my Jeep a couple weeks ago and it looks like the nuts are rounded off and very rusty. Thanks in advance.

You could remove the entire hinge assembly from body and door to have more room to work as a last ditch?
That close to the body I would suggest a dremel with a metal disc. Cut the nut to loosen it up.

This went from good asking how to get his nuts off, to now cutting them off… 🤣
I’d mix up some acetone/atf to get some good penetration… good penetration is the key to getting the nuts off. Cover the body and the door panels with masking tape, and slowly hit it with a torch and allow the heat to suck the fluid deep into the threads. Allow the fluid to soak, heat things up a little, and then rock the tool back and forth, to the left and to the right… once it starts moving, keep rocking to get the fluids going in deep, and very soon you’ll get the nuts off!

And if worst comes to worse this might be a good spot for a nut splitter.
I've had lots of luck with Kroil but I usually start with the cheap stuff like PB blaster. Give it time to soak in...at least 5-10 minutes.
Sometimes if I know I'm working on something over the weekend I start on Monday with spraying down bolts and repeating through the week.

Worse case, cut the nut and the end of the hinge pin off all together.
You don't need the nuts to hold the doors on.
However, if you later decide you want the security; you can replace the pins.
I just got a 97 tj yesterday. I just noticed two hours ago there are no nuts on them…more to add to the list….
I noticed mine were missing two years ago.
Still missing...
I did however fix the door switches so I have an interior light.
And a controversial rekey of my half doors and ignition for a matching set from Wolf Security. When I have the hard top on in the winter (with soft top uppers) it's nice to lock the doors when I need to go into town for supplies.
I also put pipe insulation inside the doors and some 1/4 rope through the weather seal.
Need to fix the door strap... thinking of ordering one from Bartac...nice paracord ones...
That's the sum of my door repairs and modifications...
I did replace the rear shock bolt when it fell off...and the front track bar...so I do replace some...
