DrDmoney’s 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport

May have missed it, what drone are you flying? We bought a bunch of dji phantom 4s and a few higher end ones for my work. We love the phantom 4s
I have the DJI Magic Pro Platinum, total noob here. What do you use them for at work?

I work in construction and we have been using one lately to inspect the crane for the last six months I have had the tallest crawler crane west of the Mississippi and that’s how we inspect the boom, the wire rope and sheaves. They use the phantom for that also

While I was on the Front Runner site, I purchased the kitchen utensil kit, it comes as a tool roll style set. It has some handy loops to hook it onto a table. This set has everything you need. You could make something similar with a tool roll and extra utensils from home, or spend $60.

So @tomtaylz if you haven’t heard yet, I didn’t fall out of the rooftop tent. I made this out of a Kamprite tent cot by removing the legs and adding a couple of spreaders where the main center legs bolt up. I inserted a couple of perforated aluminum panels where my torso would be and used a self inflating sleeping mat. I used a couple of roll bar clamps attached to the rear spreader bar and bolted to the cot spreader, I chose to ratchet strap the front down to avoid putting holes in my top. I have a telescopic ladder from my toy hauler that I could have used to get in but it’s real easy to just climb up the wheel and cage and the ladder is heavy and takes up space. I mostly did this because of several threads about RTT’s on a TJ, just to show that it’s not that hard to make something that really works. @SafariRumbler

I bought the Teton Celsius 0 degree XXL bag. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Plenty of room, toasty warm, and long enough for tall people.

how did you secure the cot while driving? A bag or cover? A few more pics would be nice if you don't mind.
there is a water resistent zip on cover that comes with it, the cover only zips about half way so I chose not to bolt the front spreader down, instead I used a ratchet strap over the front. I had my thermarest pad and sleeping bag set up in it then folded with the cover on.

I got that same sleeping bag, except opted for the 20* bag. Wishing I got the 0* one. My feet never warmed up at Buck Island. Rest of me was warm though.
I can safely say I was very warm, toes and all. I didn’t even touch the bottom of the bag. I was going to get the 20, glad I didn’t. I just figured if it was warm out I would unzip it or sleep on top.

I tried to convince myself that I'll never camp in below 30* weather. Boy was I wrong there, lol!

On my recent trip on the Rubicon Trail, I lost my E-brake, at the time I checked the cables and noticed the passenger side was disconnected, or at least I thought that’s all it was.
