Dwell time on courtesy lights?

I finally got around to changing the burned out courtesy light bulbs under the dash and find them to be quite handy - except the fact that they only stay on for about 3 seconds. Is there a way to increase the dwell time on the courtesy light function? Just wondering.

To my knowledge, no, there is not. I'd be surprised if there was a way.
