No going about 30 miles from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewans petro row.
I'm not sure about today but Fort Saskatchewan was the only Canadian municipality with zero residential tax. Property, Schools, Hospitals were fully supported by the Petrochemical industry. With the fire service to protect the industry, Fort Saskatchewan has emergency services to make New York jealous.
