It would be worth more with factory wheels and tires, can't stand those rims. Also if you are going to ask for a premium take better pictures from a non-cellphone camera and maybe show case the transfer case, axles and locker button on the console to show visual proof it is a Rubicon . . .

This guy could probably get close to 30K if he put it back to stock, not an easy thing once you cut the mounts off the frame. There is another long arm low mileage Jeep floating around this forum in a similar position. Anybody looking to pay top dollar for one of these things probably takes one look at those arms and moves on.
