Electrics issue engine not starting

I thought I fixed my electrical issue to no avail its like chasing my own tail around, I was up at Jeep invasion and my wrangler failed to start so I mess with the relays and I dont know if me shaking the fuse box around on accident or me messing with the fuel pump relay I pulled it and the Jeep still started so I put it back in starts fine again however now my check engine light turns on what in the world is going on here, I looked for a short and found no luck maybe I wasnt doing it right or something I gotta get some opinions

Pull the codes. on off on off on, don't start, codes display in the odo.

Or stop by Auto Zone, etc and they will read for free.
