2006 4.0 - Engine begins to increase and decrease rpm's when it reaches 2300 rpms. It is not backfiring or breaking up.....just changes rpm's up and down. Happens in neutral or going through the gears. I also have something drawing down my battery when the Jeep sits for a couple of days. I have to keep a charger on it. Could the rpm problem be related to the battery problem?
