Engine Flush

I just bought a 99 Sahara. She had 125K and is surprisingly clean. There are little bits here and there but nothing major. I am planning a complete tune up and clean up soon. What do y'all think about an engine flush? I've never done it on any of my vehicles. Is it worth the time and resources?

If your talking about and engine flush when you change the Oil. I do mine every time I get a 'new to me' vehicle then every 3rd oil change.(no need to do it every time). If you warm the engine up before taking out the sump plug you'll get most of the dirty oil out.
