The first thing I would check is to make sure the plugs were installed properly, seated and torqued.

If you are having misfires you'll probably get codes, the computer is pretty good at keeping track. No codes and it might be something else. It could be something simple like worn motor mounts causing a little more vibration than you are used to. If you really are getting misfires looking into the plugs like @skrelnik suggests might show it especially if you pull them and take a look.
That misfire is going to be more load-dependent than speed dependent. So it should be something you can replicate in any gear at that load.
Confirming you had the same misfire before and after the new plugs were installed.
