My 2000 4.0L won’t start. The engine turns & fuel pump is working properly. Changed out fuel with ethanol free gas, checked all fuses & relays. Nothing shows up on my diagnostic tester. Any ideas what else I should look into?

You can grab the FSM for your year in the Resource section for free, which has specific testing procedure's. So fuel's not an issue leaving the ignition system and it could be a simple as a bad cam or crank sensor. Any work or history of previous symptoms.
I started having trouble starting the engine on the 1st attempt about a month ago but it always started on the second attempt. Haven’t done any work on it since I bought it 2 years ago.
Spark plug inline test light and maybe a noid light test on the injectors might tell you something.
What's your fuel pressure at?
What's the battery voltage at? What's the voltage when you're cranking the engine?
