Error codes po720 and po731

Have 2005 jeep wrangler TJ 4.0 with auto transmission and 75,000 miles. Recently got error code PO700 and PO720 output speed sensor. Replaced output speed sensor cleared codes and tested. Ran good for 5 miles then got PO700 and PO731 gear 1 incorrect ratio. Checked fluid and it is full and clean and all wiring looks ok. also PCM ECU is only about a year old. Any suggestions next would be greatly appreciated.
