Thought I would throw this out for folks in the Eugene/Springfield area... possibly surrounding areas.
Headed to Charlton Lake on Friday morning. It's close to Odell Lake but in my opinion far more scenic.
Lots of options in that area too if it's a bust.
Shouldn't be too much crazy... expecting deep snow and washboard roads...I've got a winch, tons of recovery gear and a CB and GMRS radio... basically bring what you've got and don't worry if you're not ripped out with lifts and lockers.
Planning on meeting at the Lowell covered bridge at 9 AM just off Hwy 58. Anyone wanting to come from Bend can meet us at the road off 58.
