It happens over and over again, and the geniuses in DC just don't understand.
Yes. Sadly, I think the EV subsidies, combined with DC's over-reaction to COVID, has dug a deep hole for the auto industry. Some mfrs will not survive (Nissan and VW, for instance). It really is a perfect case study in how government can completely screw up an established industry! When markets are too regulated, bad things happen. That's the real problem, and it goes far beyond the EV crap.
I would bet their survival is much higher than Dodge. Ram trucks and Jeep will continue on , but Dodge or Chrysler are circling the drain as we speakSome mfrs will not survive (Nissan and VW, for instance).

It's pretty awesome to see 2024 jeeps listed at $15 - 20K below MSRP right now. All vehicles are absurdly priced now days, the whole industry needs a wake up call.
A friend of mine traded in his 3 year old Tesla because the battery would quickly lose a charge. He'd leave his house at 100%, and by 92 miles he said his battery level was hovering around 20%
I thought the batteries had like an 8 year warranty?
Gonna have to be more than that. My new car drove my nuts just like my phone does - it's like a damn needy puppy, always trying to get your attention while you're busy.
So get rid of them both - that's but one reason I refuse to participate in this bullshit.

Nobody wants domestic cars anymore. They don't compare to Japanese models and if you are cheap then korea is for you. Where does that leave overpriced low quality (domestic) cars?
