Fault code PO138

I have looked for the fault code PO138 on this forum & a couple of others but can not find it.
Can someone help please?
We have just been camping for a week and this code pops up after 10 minutes of driving but disappears when its parked up for a while we were fishing.
Gauges look all good & it seems to run ok

A code P0138 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty O2 sensor
Short to battery voltage in O2 sensor signal circuit High fuel pressure (not as likely)

Chances are it's you're O2 sensor located after the catalytic converter.

Yeah, since it's the post cat O2 sensor you'll be fine. That doesn't effect how the engine runs or anything, it's just for emissions.
