While I have never "ducked" a Jeep, for some reason I seem to get one about twice a month lately, either at the grocery store or Home Depot, I look around to see if somebody is waiting for some kind of reaction from me, I do hold it high in the air and do a 360 in case they are looking, but have never been approached. I always wonder if it a guy or girl, just sayin! ;)

The official tem is "meat gazer".

😃

Off topic warning!

Hey, you can call me that anytime you want.

I’ve been dry brining this sumbitch for 2 days now. It’s going on the smoker in a couple hours and I’ll be finishing off with a sear on the infrared broiler.

I’m actually drooling gazing at this meat and I will definitely devour it this evening. 😁

I would nibble your meat given the opportunity.

I have meat envy. Looks tasty 😋

For all you meat gazers 😁 here’s the tomahawk resault. I sliced it thin for French dip sandwiches this weekend, but had plenty for dinner tonight too.

what are you smoking it on?

I'm actually doing it on a masterbuilt electric smoker right now, then finishing on an Inferno infrared broiler. I'm looking for a smoker upgrade, but unsure what to get. I was going to go pellet smoker, but my son has one and my electric smoker has better smoke flavor (I use oak for steaks). I'm looking at a Big Green Egg right now. Any suggestions?

join https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/ before you decide, great forum and there are a few of us TJ forum members on there. I have an electric like yours, a Masterbuilt 800 gravity and a couple of weber kettles. Eggs are expensive for what they do (don't own one but my opinion). Gravity feeds probably give as close to stick burner profile as can be had....although opinions are all over the place. I know @Apparition has a high end Mak pellet grill and loves it.
