Fog lights flickering with light bar

I can't run light bar when daily driving, but when I disconnect light bar my fogs flicker. Can I run a dead switch to turn on and off the light bar and trick fogs to stop flickering? If so how do I do that?

They should be on seperate circuits. One shouldn't affect the other. Try wiring them independently something like this:

I changed the title, because you're right, it has nothing at all to do with an EAG bumper.
