There was recent discussion about the woes and triumphs of Quadratec shipping/service. During the discussion, I mentioned that I had just placed an order for Middle East delivery to my FPO address. Shipping through/to the APO/FPO is not always without issue. Things can and do get lost or damaged. Unsolicited, Hailey offered to help. I had already ordered JKS front control arms, uppers and lowers. Hailey arranged for free FPO shipping and got me a forum member discount which I was totally unaware of. Great service with a smile. Lightning fast delivery and thecontrol arms were well packaged to survive the journey. It is completely fair to point out when things go wrong, but equally fair to point out when things go right and people go above and beyond. I should also thank Chris for having a site that venders participate in and offer discounts. Maybe I shouldn't thank Chris, he is probably like the Godfather and demands a vig. Fogitaboutit!
