Doesn't appear (to me at least) that there's enough sticking out behind the rear wheel for a Scrambler. More like my LJ back there. Jeep has a long history of export long wheel base models going back to CJ6.

I saw in the news a few days ago, that Mahindra won the lawsuit FCA filed on them for selling the Roxor here. Not sure of the details on why they won it.
