I used POR 15 on my frame about 3 months ago. I followed the process to the "T" but when I scrapped some of it off today there was rust underneath the POR 15. As well, there were some areas where rust was burning though. It gets mixed reviews. Just sprayed the eastwood today. I'm hopeful.
