Dodge/jeep dealership did a diagnostic on my “new” 2000 sahara and found so much rust on the frame they aren’t even confident of a weld repair. I sent the videos below to an independent jeep mechanic, and he agreed. I need ideas. I read something about caps in this forum. Help

I've got a frame that was given to me by another forum member, so I don't feel right selling it...so I'm donating it to make this TJ live.

Here's the plan... January...early...need to set a weekend...start Thursday night...wrench Friday and Saturday and take this TJ snow wheeling on Sunday.

Goal is to beat my 8 day thrash for a frame and tub swap.

We're assessing the condition of the tub tomorrow.

I've got my shop and plenty of room to put folks up for the weekend. We can figure out food and alcohol.

Who's in and what do you think?

Likewise. It's hard for me to get away from the fam much but I'd like to help out and it sounds like fun.
