As a warning to everyone it appears that @SkylinesSuck and @lxxtsy may have had their accounts hacked and someone was using them to try to scam people in the for sale section. If you have been doing business with them lately I suggest doing what you can to see if you can get your money back.

@06lj tipped me off. I then went to look at the IP addresses for recent logins. The two users had a shared IP address and that IP was coming from England.

That's why I never use zelle, venmo, or friends and family. Unless its an immediate family or friend I'll turn down a sale if someone won't take cash or goods and services via PayPal.

Buddy just got taken for 3 grand via Zelle. That is my giant red flag. Oh, you only take Zelle? Yeah, fuck right off.

Since this hack can happen with any account, can some sort of two-stage authentication be done to guarantee it's that person. The hacker has control of the account but not the email associated with it so a code could be generated and sent.

Thieves and predators are scum and need to be in prison for a very long time!

Don't be a dick to @Chris Because you got scammed on a deal that was probably too good to be true. Yes it sucks and yes scammers should die but focus your anger where it belongs

It was Zelle
Just got off the phone with my bank. I need to wait till the transaction posts, and they will "claw back" the money to my account. The agent says this zelle type fraud is rampant, and they deal with it all the time! I feel a lot better.
