Front bumper with winch plate and integrated receiver mount?

That's a Ranch Hand. Personally, if that top plate is 1/4", I would just drill it and run a winch. Might want to proof it at the winch stall load but most bumpers are designed like that.

If it's not quite thick enough, weld (or even bolt) a pair of backing straps on it and run it.

Edit: Looks like you can simply buy a winch plate for it...
