It's called a Fuel Rail. Head over to the resource section and grab the Service manual for your Jeep, it has very detailed info about removal and replacement. Additionally you will need a O-ring set for the injectors when replacing the Rail. Should not be difficult to locate a used rail since they show up on ebay a lot. If you can try and locate a replacement that has the factory test port like your original 97.

Is this line before the fuel rail replaceable? It’s specifically leak right before the rail

It's replaceable but I'm pretty sure you will need to track down a used one. The line is the "fuel line frame to rail" and connects to the SS fuel line from the tank below the intake manifold on the inside of the frame. Again diagrams are available in the manual.

Thanks, looks like this is the only page closest to this valve thing, because it is not another injector along the rail. The leak is at this valve the connects the frame SS fuel line hose to the actual rail, right before the check valve on the rail. Ill head to Oreilly's and hopefully find a universal one that's prob a 1/4" size and maybe new clip
