I have a 2005 tj, it was running but the fuel gauge wasn’t working, I swapped the fuel pump out and now the fuel pump isn’t getting any power. I plugged the old one back in and it’s not priming either

Check the fuel pump fuse (PDC) , fuel pump relay (PDC) and the Automatic Shutdown relay (PDC).
PDC is the fuse and relay center in the engine compartment passenger side.

If none of the fuses are to blame, I would trace the wire loom. It's pretty exposed - and since you messed with it recently it seems likely to be a culprit (if there's no damage visible, you might need to drop the tank again to see the plug + last foot or so of wire).

I did all fuses look good, and I swapped the relay with the ac relay and nothing changed
