I have an 03 and this tank I got this other tank from an 06 and can I still make the evap lines work even tho it's not the same orientation. Also the lock ring is different as well. I am OK getting a fuel pump if this tank will work with my 03

I was not aware that the Tanks from 03 to 06 were different. My assumption would be they are compatible. The first pick, That is the 06 tank?

Quick E-Bay Search shows these two tanks are very different. I think you will need to find another 03-04 tank. What is wrong with your current 03 tank?

I also thought 03-06 were the same but actually its 97-02 / 03-04 / 05-06 Yes the first pic is from the 06 the bottom is the 03. From what I found is that 05 they have a newer pump with more pressure so the top ring is different

Well since I cant find an answer if I can make this tank work I will have to sell it and get a different one.

The 05-06 pumps have a different pump that has the filter/regulator built in to the plastic moulding at the top of the assembly. It also runs at 10 psi higher pressure. I wouldn't know without seeing and/or trying it to see if your earlier pump would fit and seal in the later tank.
I think looking for a tank in the correct year range is probably the best idea.

I wasnt worried about the fuel pump I can order a new one I was just more concerned with the evap lines
