WTB: Full door window crank spacers

Anyone have a set of the spacers that go between the door window crank and door panel; part 55076218. Or... anyone have the dimensions and I'll machine a pair from nylon/delrin? Thanks. I think that there also might be a foam seal that also goes with the spacers.
