Very bizarre. I have several glove box doors here. Nary a one has the hole. I had to drill it using the hole location on an 03 I'm tinkering with to get the lock cylinder out because that is the only way it can be removed.

I didn't go check because someone else said their 99 doesn't have it so I'm pretty sure all 99's probably don't. I just wanted to say that the holes are for resetting the Jeep. You just use a paperclip and it resets.

Mine has it. Dunno why it matters but the year is 2021. Will be 2022 soon so make you take that into account.
