Goes to limp mode after warming up

Hello all, I have a 2005 TJ Unlimited. About six months ago my jeep started jumping into limp mode randomly. I dropped the pan and changed the filter and oil and seem to get better but still slipped out once in awhile. This winter it changed to working perfectly driving to work in town while it’s cool I’m guessing. After leaving to make deliveries it may jump into limp mode in town or soon after leaving which isn’t good when going 50-55 trying to get back to second gear. It will stay in limp mode the rest of the day now but had switched back after cooling down ten minutes or so. I was thinking of changing the tcm on the firewall but it’s like $600 or so and may not help. Anything else you all think might help? Thanks

Talk to Mark @Wranglerfix , 05, 06 PCMs are known to fail, especially AT.
