I'll have to check it out, looks like good reading material!

I like the part about your son being a yuppy and driving a JLU Rubicon

You need to order Jr. To ditch the JL Rubicon. Take him hard wheeling . When he has to remove the mirrors to follow you and comes back trying to find a body shop, maybe he will quit trying to one up dad.

I meant to post this a while ago. My oldest son who is a Yuppy and drive a JLU Rubicon gave me a great book for Christmas. The title is "JEEP - Eight Decades from Willys to Wrangler", by Patrick R. Foster. This book really speaks to the love affair with the Jeep and the many twists and turns of the business over the years.
The ISBN number is "ISBN 978-0-7603-4585-6".

I have a copy of this book and it's really very good.

Why is there a Gladiator on the cover? Does it include all Jeep vehicles?
I assume the Gladiator was on there because it is the most recent Jeep product. As the subtitle states "Eight Decades from Willys to Wranglers", this book covers the whole megillah! Starts from the military looking for a tough dependable vehicle and ends with the present day.
