Not sure if you're still looking, but I just posted a nice set of Rubicon-width flare extensions. They aren't green, but they are smooth and painted, wouldn't take much to make them the color you need.
One pair of clean Rubicon front fender flare extensions painted in graphite metallic (ZDR/PDR).
I did manage to find a green pair, but I still might be interested. I’ve never painted though haha.
Maybe I could wait a bit to see if anyone else needs that color first then go from there!
