Grinding noise that happens when letting off the throttle and in neutral

Howsit I have a 02 Jeep tj 2.5 5speed I have a grinding noise that’s loudest when doing 45mph it happens in gear if I let off the throttle and in neutral.

it isn’t constant but pretty often. Could it be throw out bearing?

Nut size should be 1-1/8” or metric equivalent.

Hahaha Hawaii in the house! So I replaced all ujoints checked the nuts all good. Still getting the sound almost sound like a bad bearing
