H&R 1” lift

Hi, I`ve got the same vibration kicking in at about 50mph, I have the same setup as you (Ranchos + H&R). I`ve playing around dropping the transfer case pan with not much success, I also measured my drivetrain angles and they seem to be ok... Let`s see what the rest of the forum suggests,,,
Strange! The vibration isn't the aggressive kind that shakes you in your seat. It's more fine and acute. If I have my arm on the window while driving it starts getting a little numb!

I'm also running the H&R/Rancho combination, on Currie control arms. Needed a 1.25" coil spacer in the back to eliminate the sag.

No high speed (up to 85 mph) vibes at all, with several thousand miles on the setup. Doesn't help much except to demonstrate your vibes are not necessarily from the springs and shocks.

It’s a constant grinding vibration that increases in intensity the faster I go.
Hmm...what's the status of your driveshaft u-joints? Have you replaced those lately? The H&R Springs don't provide a lot of lift, and it shouldn't be putting your driveshaft angles into bad territory but if you have a bad u-joint in there, then the slight increase in operating angle could be causing it to vibrate. Just spit-balling here and thinking about what would have changed with the spring install.

New guy here!

Thinking about going with this same setup on my TJ, with the possibility of a 1.25 body lift in the future. Any downside to the stiffer spring rate when disconnected or using an antirock setup?

I assume the shocks have more to do with flexibility, and an antirock would limit droop enough to keep the springs from coming unseated. Just trying to make sure I've fully thought this through before pulling the trigger.

Another Rancho/H&R combo here - is your vibration sinusoidal? Cyclic? Pulsing? Or is it a constant intensity?
My vibration is more of a humming that I feel in the floorboard, I suspect of the rear wheel balance, I`ll swap em with the front ones and see what happens. Pressure is equal on all at 28

I just ordered the H&R with some Rancho 5000x's. It looks like I need to bump stop an extra .25" then? I guess I might also add do I need to adjust the anti sway bar length, or do anything with the track bar for this? Pretty new to doing all this, and making sure I don't leave anything out.

Sorry to here this isn’t resolved. Sort of problem that worries me about making changes to mine, there is just so little TJ expertise in the UK. Have you found anyone localish who is a TJ / Jeep specialist who can take a look at the problem?
