Hand throttle idea

@Jerry Bransford here was the way I attached the TeraFlex throttle.

I found a washer that fit behind the throttle cable, drilled a small hole in it, then crimped it.

How did you secure the other end of the cable to the throttle lever bracket? My two lever kits came from Rubicon Express and their cable mounting bracket design was great. They no longer make them and I haven't seen a similarly useful mounting bracket from anyone else.

Exactly how @Alex01 did and has shown. My OE bracket had an existing square hole I utilized with large washers to secure it.
