Just wanted to wish you all a very Happy St. Patrick's Day.

May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I know that today likely isn't a big deal to you West Coasters but in Philly, Boston, NYC, and Chicago today is normally a grand celebration. As an Irish Citizen today marks the start of spring and is normally a joyous day. I'll be enjoying some Guinness and Jamison tonight along with Corned Beef and Cabbage.

Thank you sir & same to you! I grew up never really making a big deal of St. Patrick's Day. I married a gal of Irish decent and my ways have changed. We had the opportunity to visit the Emerald Isle a couple years ago and now this holiday means even more to me.

Some of my bucket list items were to 1) Spend time in Ireland 2) Visit the town my Grandparents came from and 3) See Bruce Springsteen in concert. My first time in Ireland I was able to check all three off. On my last night in Ireland, Bruce was playing in the famous Croke Park so I got tickets...saw him play...slept on the airport floor.
