There are the headliners which provide some noise and thermal benefits. This is one I was looking at which I’ll probably eventually get https://www.extremeterrain.com/hothead-headliner-kit-hardtop-black-9706.html
I know a fair amount of people use them on JKs. Haven’t heard of many people using them on TJs

They make a difference in terms of keeping heat in and noise out. There's several who run them here who have said they noticed a difference. Maybe they'll chime in.

Installed 'Hothead Headliners' to-day . . .
Noticeable heat reduction. My dog travels with me often. Hopefully this will help her.
The OEM radio/amp/speakers sound a little better, my hearing is not too sophisticated though.
They were a tight fit and it took a bit of coaxing to install. An extra pair of hands would help with the front panel.
Overall, I'm pleased with them . . . .
