Ok that is the size they sold me. thanks.Rear wiper should be 17"
No, all stock with the factory 30 inch wheel.Or did a PO move the TBL back to accommodate a larger spare tire?
Im sorry, I should be more clear. What is hitting is the end of the wiper blade. the tip hits the bottom of the third brake light when it bottoms out. could it be the hardtop is shifted to the rear of the tub?Do you mean the wiper arm is hitting the brake light? If so it might be that the blade isn't contacting the window properly. The arm pivot can seize up a bit and cause this to happen. I lube the arm pivot regularly to prevent that from happening.
I know what the problem is at least on mine. There are brackets for the tonneau cover that mount permanently to the corners on the frame just below the window. Before I installed those, the windshield wiper had clearance. I installed them when I first used my Tonneau cover. The brackets cause the bottom of the rear window to push out slightly, and not allowing enough room for the wiper to clear. I tried a bumper stop on the rear light, touching the rear window frame, but it didn't work. I think if I put rubber washers between the rear tire/third light assembly, it might move it about 1/4 inch allowing wiper clearance.
I'm sorry. I don't want to fight and argue, and write a justification. Assume what you will.
Actually, I'm curious what those tonneau cover brackets look like.
You've mentioned more than once they cause you issues.
I'm sorry. The personal attack was more than I can handle. ...
No editing. No history.Someone get all boy howdy, then go back and edit to tone it down? Or you guys have history?
No editing. No history.
I guess just another California snowflake.
No offense.
