I'm sure you could. That Garmin unit is pretty dated, if you have a modern phone it's very far ahead of that thing in pretty much every way.

Yep. My thought is that if you're going to keep up with technology, have ONE device. In this case, your smartphone does everything you need it to and more, so as oppose to having a second device like this, it's easier to just use your phone and a good app.

I spent 30 bucks a year for onXoffroad. Runs on your smart phone, shows public vs private land, you can filter the trails for your type of vehicle. Very nice.

I like the console it comes in though. Great place to put sunglasses and the now needed hand sanitizer and keep them out of sight. Sanitizer snatching is a real thing.

I figured out how to hack the system. My wife is my best friend, AND she's made more $$ than me during most of our marriage. 19 years and no kids problems.
