Hatchet and machete

I keep a tomahawk in the jeep that I've used a few times to clear brush but it mostly gets thrown around when camping. I have a small forest axe too but I usually only bring it if I'm going camping.

A small folding saw is a hell of an idea though. My dad has one that takes sawzall blades but I think the silky saw style would be better.

I keep a machete in a sheath strapped to the
Bartact molle behind the driver's seat with the end in the pocket it has.

Good to have . I also carry a small bow saw.

I would suggest a kukuri over a machete, they run about the same price but I've found the kukuri is a little more solid. Save the hatchet for firewood and the kukuri should take care of the rest.

Folding saw is always a good idea. I like Corona. For a Hatchet look at the Council Tool Flying Fox. Nice tool for $50. Can not help much on the machete as I do not use them.
